4 weeks: Mr. B's turn
Hi all. This is Mr. B here picking up the slack for my "busy" parents. They are a little too tired and otherwise occupied with "childcare" to type even a few words to you this week. They really seem to like looking after me constantly. I can't bring myself to tell them they are being overbearing. It is a common misconception parents have that infants can't take care of themselves. We infants play along though, because it makes the parents feel needed and special. It is an important time in their development.
Anyway, I thought I would take the time to introduce myself to you. My name is "Mr. B" (I like to keep a little anonymity) and I am 4 and a half weeks old. I am 22.5" tall and weigh 11.5 lbs (athletic build). I enjoy long walks in my sling (no strollers yet please), smiling, and talking to inanimate, brightly colored objects. I also enjoy staring at our Christmas tree.
Last night I was kind enough to take my parents shopping and out to dinner. I was excited to get them out of the house without too much of a hassle. They were very well behaved.
That's all the news here. I have to get these two down for a nap before they have a meltdown.
-Mr. B
